What a joke of a finish last week in Miami. Instead of taking command of the wild card spot, the Hawks left themself in a must win situation at Chicago (where Seattle has played at annually it seems like for the past 5 years). Instead of TJack this year, who helped engineer a dominating performance last year against the Bears, we return with @DangeRussWilson. Large part of our dominance from last year was due to the secondary picking off Caleb Hanie 4 times! It would be nice to see that sort of production again before we have to send off Browner and Sherman for 4 weeks. Onto the picks! You'll notice, no Jets and no Bengals this weekend as, there is no mo Fireman Ed and I try to stay away from Scarface and the Chargers.
Jax@Buf (O43) Looking for a shootout here today. Since the switch was made to Henne, the Jags have been averaging 30 points a game.
NE@Mia (Mia +7.5) Home dogs, broseph! I still do see the Pats winning as they have dominated this series the past few years, but can thank Vegas for the extra half point. Miami is relatively healthy and has been playing games close with only the Tennessee loss being the exception.
Pit@Bal (U36) I covered wonderfully last time these 2 teams meet just two weeks ago. Vegas wised up and lowered the total points down for this 2 week rematch, however The 'Damus still is taking this one LARGE. The Steel crew should be getting some hurt players back this week, DeCastro, Brown, and Mr Head and Shoulders himself, Polamalu. But the one they really needed back is their QB, no not Leftwich, but Roethlisberger. Ravens should win easily today, I don't know about covering, but that should seal the deal for the AFC North Division.
